Caitlyn is a Circular Sustainability Consultant and Founder of The Waste Not Spot, a consultancy helping small businesses and organisations transition to a circular economy. Originally from Wisconsin, USA, she moved to Australia to pursue a career as a Doctor of Physiotherapy. She soon followed her passion and transitioned to the field of sustainability and zero waste, co-founding a not-for-profit organisation based on waste and recycling and working for a local Melbourne municipality. She is now based both in Australia and The Netherlands, and is your ‘Boots on the Ground’ for providing global insights into in to waste and circularity practices around the world.
