Join this face to face workshops in beautiful Daylesford where people create a piece of wearable art using materials sourced from secondhand shops, wholesale fashion warehouses and soft plastics from the local school playground. These materials are considered as waste as they may be faulty, unsellable or discarded as rubbish. As part of the workshop an installation will provide an experience of the impact of textile waste on the planet.
Also, on display in the studio will be a range of costumes created from soft plastics.
