Accompanied by the morning song of the Grey Fantail bird, you are invited to a Sunday Nature & Sound Immersion at Rippon Lea Estate, Elsternwick.
Arriving before the Estate opens, you stroll up the winding path under the shelter of the 100 year old Algerian Oak trees before settling onto the Archery Hut Lawn with your yoga mat, pillow & blanket.
You lie down on the grass and close your eyes to travel into deep relaxation led by a soothing flowing soundscape (played live).
When gentle sounds are offered during relaxation the mind attaches to the sound and is able to drop more deeper into stillness than when there is silence.
Nature sounds within the gardens include the hum of summer insects, ducks, leaves rustling in the wind, birds and the distant rumble of the Grotto waterfall providing an ambient backing track to the live instruments. The Soundscape will guide you into a state of deep relaxation where your body can rest & repair and your mind can take a break.
You are welcome to arrive at Ripponlea at 9am and stroll through this tranquil oasis nestled within inner surburbia. The 50minute soundscape will begin at 9.30am. The event concludes at 10.30am. After the Sound Bath you are welcome to linger longer and picnic within the grounds.
This event is weather dependent. If it is wet, the event sadly may not go ahead and you will have the option to reschedule your ticket over to another session in February or March or to receive a refund of the $65 (eventbrite fee non refundable).
A week before the event, you will be sent an email from Romy (Sound Healing Melbourne) with directions to assist you find the Archery Hut Lawn location.
