Share&Swap Shop is a community-focused pop-up event where people can share items they no longer need for other pre-loved items, all for free. Participants share in items such as clothing, books, household goods, plants, children’s items, kitchenware, harvest from garden etc. These items are checked for quality and usability before being displayed. Just like in a regular shop, participants can then take items they need.
How does a swap work?
Before the swap:
- Prepare items for swap max. 10 items of good quality – something you would comfortably share with a friend.
On the day:
- Register your items during allocated time.
- We sort them out and display them – like in a garage sale or an op shop.
- While free shopping, take what you actually need.
- You can come to a swap, even if don’t have anything to share
