Stonnington Council is organising a Reduce, reuse, repair, recycle day at Grattan Gardens Community Centre in collaboration with Share & Swap Shop.During this day people can swap and share any items with other community members.
Council will offer recycling of some hard to recycle items: linen, textiles (wearable and unwearable), shoes, accessories, soft plastics and small electronics.
Council will organise a mend-it/repair activity to try and keep items in circulation and keep them out of landfill.
