Matthew is the CEO of NatureBoss, an online marketplace of nature-based corporate events that provide a mountain of benefits for staff. NatureBoss is on a mission to advance the connection of businesses and environmental groups, leveraging technology to provide modern day professionals with meaningful opportunities to drive greater social impact.
Matthew also founded Nature Escapes, a sustainable tour operator with a focus on environmentally-impactful experiences for business groups.
The vision of both businesses is to see environmental challenges in Australia solved by businesses, and incorporated into their everyday operations.
Patty McDonald – Founder @ Apex Leadership
Patty is a leadership coach passionate about helping purpose-driven leaders unlock their peak performance. His methods are inspired by nature, his own spiritual journey, and almost 2 decades experience in business and finance, leading diverse teams through complex challenges.
His biggest teachers have been the Dingoes – Australia’s apex predator and natural leaders of our ecosystem. He is an advocate for creative solutions to their conservation and how we can co-exist with nature in ways that support humanity to also thrive.
Outside of nature & leadership, Patty is a DJ who loves creating musical journeys to move your body and soul. He is also a proud father and happy husband.

All profits from the Nature Loving Leaders networking events go directly to supporting the conservation of nature via impactful local charities.
This month we are supporting the Australian Dingo Foundation, which has been doing cutting edge work protecting our native apex predators. It has been proven that the health of our ecosystem is managed directly by the apex predators, with downstream effects ranging from extinction levels of native species, soil quality and climate change. As leaders we see the importance of supporting initiatives such as this that are high-leverage and aligned with both the natural order and indigenous belief systems.
