This event aims to showcase plants adapted to low water use for a dry climate and to demonstrate some of the sustainability practices employed in developing the garden so participants can consider using these plants and practices in their own gardens.

Garden areas themed on Western Australian, South Australian, Eastern Australian, Bushfoods Southern African, Mediterranean region, Californian, Central and South American, Indigenous and Victorian Volcanic Plains plants. Indigenous plantings, including creek and lake rehabilitation.
The gentle walk is about 1.5 hours followed by morning tea.
