This guided workshop will comprise of:
- Talk on the edible ‘bushfood’ plants in the garden
- Discussion on how to plant, maintain and propagate these plants, along with their culinary uses
- Discussion on a broader selection of bush foods
- A cooking demonstration and tasting
- A Q&A session

This outdoor session will proceed regardless of the weather so dress accordingly. The stockyard has rough bluestone pavement, which may be unsuitable for persons with reduced mobility.
