Edible Weeds

A workshop with a difference, you will learn about the seasonal edible weeds that thrive in Melbourne’s inner north, and gain knowledge about the plants’ culinary, medicinal and ecological uses. This session will include a CERES site tour to identify local weeds as well as a demonstration and sampling of prepared edible weeds.
